Satvic Yoga (Sanskrit: सात्त्विक, derived from Sattva) is a holistic practice grounded in the Ayurvedic and classical yogic principle of the Sattva Guna - bringing purity, light, calm and clarity to our mind, body and spirit.
Because every thought, action, movement, breath, food, and environment carries a dominant Guna, Satvic Yoga intentionally aligns daily life habits to elevate Sattva. While practicing the eight limbs of yoga (yama, niyama, asana, pranayama, pratyahara, dharana, dhyana and samadhi) through a satvic lens, we calm our restless mind and body (Rajas Guna) and lift mental fog (Tamas Guna), so we can foster deep inner health, balance, unshakeable peace, and spiritual alignment.
