Corporate Mindfulness Seminar: This one-hour live online or in person seminar will help your employees stress less.

Mindfulness teaches tools for your toolbox that can be applied to reduce stress management, increase productivity and assist in team building.

Mindfulness & Yoga Class

30 MINUTES

While we are all social distancing, I am offering online yoga and mindfulness classes for adults. These classes will run for 30 minutes so they fit into your busy day. Classes will include breath exercises, asana, and guided meditations. My intention is for these classes to help stay calm and resilient during this uncomfortable time.

Class will run regularly on Tuesday from 12-12:30pm. Coming soon: videos that you can download and watch on your own time.

Mindfulness Workshop

60 MINUTES

Host a workshop for your employees.

Your staff will learn coping skills through mindfulness. This one-hour class will get you started in understanding the benefits of mindfulness and meditation regardless of your experience level or background. We will practice several different ways to quiet the mind.

Mindfulness is scientifically proven to improve stress management, pain management and self-awareness. Do it for your inner calm. Do it because you deserve it. Do it because you'll feel great.

Private Adult Yoga Class and Family Class

60 MINUTES  

This one-on-one class will allow you to ask questions and explore something new in the privacy of your home.

Yoga is accessible for everyone and every body.  Yoga is not something that people look “good” at.  It is about how your mind, body and spirit feels after completing a class.

  • Learn simple poses that increase flexibility, strength and balance

  • Connect with your breath

  • Quiet your mind

  • Have fun

All classes will be taught with Zoom so you can participate in the convenience of your home.  

Mindfulness Workshop for Parents

30 MINUTES  

Workshop for your employees living with children.

With parents working from home and children participating in remote learning, we could all use new tools for our toolbox. Learn practical ways to increase peace and kindness in your home. This is for parents to practice mindful parenting and parents to teach their children about breathing, movement and relaxation as coping strategies for everyday struggles and increasing self awareness.
