School Contracts

Classes for children ages 3 - 18 classes. Current clients are Old Colony Montessori School, Preschool Playmates, Groton School, Little Acorn Preschool, and Billy Dalwin Preschool.

Adapted Yoga

I teach yoga classes which are accessible for all populations. Yoga is a practice that is available to every body.

I am available for contracts.

Yoga Birthday Party

Book a 45 minutes yoga class as part of your child’s birthday party. Meg will come to the location of your choice with a prepared class based on your theme request. She also provides yoga mats for the event.

Yoga Therapy for Children and Teens

Now offering individual yoga therapy sessions to help heal a particular issue. Work one on one in person or online with solutions to find calm, joy, focus, self awareness, sensory awareness, emotional literacy, character education and balance. Modalities will include age and developmentally appropriate movement, breath, yoga morals and ethic, mindfulness and meditation.

Yoga for Girls Scouts

Meg is available to teach online classes for girls scouts who might be working toward earning a badge.

$10 per child or group rate of $100
